Mandatory e-filing, which began in the Bankruptcy Court of the Eastern District of Wisconsin January 1, 2008, represents a significant change in the interaction between attorneys, their staffs, and the court. As electronic filing has progressed since the implementation of CM/ECF in 2003, the Clerk’s Office has identified a wide range of questions and issues that users have when navigating through CM/ECF and filing their various pleadings. This seminar will provide CM/ECF-related advice to existing electronic filers and offer consistent solutions to the eclectic list of filing and noticing issues.
